Pear and Cranberry Strudel 

Ingredients

1 sheet filo
1/4 cup butter
1/2 pear
10 mL dried cranberries

5 mL sugar
pinch salt
pinch orange zest
10 ml oat flour


Directions 

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
2. Slice pear thinly, put cranberries in a bowl with the pears. Put sugar, salt and orange zest in. Put in 5mL oat flour.
3. Grease filo dough with butter, sprinkle 5mL oat flour in between layers. Put filling on last layer.
4. Spread out the dough and roll the dough up. 
5. Grease butter on top of the strudel. Put in oven for 20 mins.
